Changes initiated/ Activities Conducted in 2024-25:


  • Centre for Sustainability, GLBIMR has successfully collected 103 books on diverse subjects under Phase II of the Book Donation Campaign- Pages of Possibility on 25th March 2025. This lot of books will be donated to Yuva Bharat Foundation , which will provide the books to the self managed public library at village Kulipura, Greater Noida.
    Before this in Phase I , 100 books had already been arranged and provided to village Kulipura.
  • GL Bajaj Institute of Management and Research successfully conducted an Expert Talk on “AI-Enabled Resume Writing and Mock PI” for the PGDM Batch (2024-26) to create awareness for SDG 4 on 22nd March 2025.
    The session featured Ms. Shikha Taunk (Khamb), Regional Relationship Manager - India @AMBA-BGA, who shared valuable insights on AI-powered career development tools such as CV Builder, CV360, Mock Interview Modules, Global Job Search, Career Assessment, and Student Mentorship.
    The event was graced by Dr. Sapna Rakesh (Director, GLBIMR), who highlighted the significance of leveraging AI-driven platforms for professional growth. Students gained practical exposure to resume writing, interview preparation, and career-building strategies.

  • GLBIMR, in collaboration with UPAY NGO, proudly launched the UPAY-GLBIMR Student Chapter on March 4, 2025, marking Women’s Week with a powerful dialogue on gender equality and leadership!
    Key Highlights:
    • Ms. Usha Bhasin – Advocated for rural women and the role of media in awareness.
    • Ms. Rajshri Rai – Called for equal opportunities and a fair judicial system.
    • Ms. Hena Pandey – Stressed skill development and confidence-building for women.

  • The Centre for Sustainability under UPAY GLBIMR Chapter organized a dynamic survey-based activity on 25th January 2025, empowering students to engage with real-world societal issues.
    From analyzing pressing challenges to presenting impactful solutions, students showcased their commitment to collaborative learning, problem-solving, and active civic participation.

  • The MoU Signing Ceremony between the Center for Sustainability, GLBIMR, and Gram Pustakalaya, YUVA Bharat, was held with esteemed guests, faculty, and students in attendance on 25th January 2025. This strategic partnership will:
    1. Expand students' access to both digital and physical library resources, enhancing their learning journey.
    2. Inspire community-driven initiatives that will promote educational outreach and engagement.
    3. Provide opportunities for students to participate in Gram Pustakalaya’s enriching knowledge-sharing programs.
